Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, performance-driven  Social Media & Influencer Manager  to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will own our social presence, influencer ecosystem, and creator commerce initiatives, with a strong focus on  AI-powered content creationTikTok Shop Affiliate marketing , and  paid social advertising . The ideal candidate is both creatively visionary and analytically minded, with a deep understanding of social trends, creator partnerships, and e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across  Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms
  • Create, oversee, and optimize engaging content, including AI-generated videos, photos, short-form reels, and ad creatives
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, whitelisting, and performance tracking
  • Lead TikTok Shop Affiliate programs and live , including creator recruitment, content direction, GMV optimization, and sales attribution
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on  TikTok Ads (GMV Max)  and performance-based scaling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social, influencer, and paid strategies with product launches and promotions
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Stay ahead of social media, fashion, AI, and creator economy trends to continuously evolve brand storytelling

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong background in content strategy, copywriting, and visual storytelling
  • Hands-on experience using  AI tools for video and image creation
  • Solid understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate marketing , creator commerce, and paid social advertising
  • Strong working knowledge of  Shopify , including analytics, integrations, and storefront performance
  • Experience managing affiliate and creator platforms such as  Shopify Collabs, Impact, UpPromote, and GRIN
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for managing influencers and creators
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and optimize ROI
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with social media management, analytics, and tracking platforms
