Role Description

The Influencer Relations Coordinator will support day-to-day influencer seeding, gifting, affiliate operations, and creator communication for SACHEU. This role is highly detail-oriented and operational, with regular creator-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited to gain hands-on experience supporting influencer and affiliate programs within a fast-growing beauty brand.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Qualifications

Required

• 6mos - 2 yrs of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or brand partnerships (internships included)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfort communicating with creators via email, DMs, and affiliate platforms in a professional, brand-aligned manner
• Familiarity with social platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Ability to follow established processes, timelines, and brand guidelines
• Ability to work hybrid from our Studio City headquarters

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience using influencer or affiliate platforms such as CreatorIQ, ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or similar tools
• Experience supporting product gifting, seeding, or shipping logistics
• Comfort working in spreadsheets and tracking data across multiple tools

Responsibilities

Influencer Seeding & Community Management

• Support and assist in execution of influencer seeding efforts across evergreen and key launch moments
• Help source and vet creators aligned with the Sacheu brand to support seeding + community-building efforts
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date influencer lists and creator profiles

Creator Data & Platform Management

• Keep all creator records, statuses, and campaign data accurate, organized, and current
• Use CreatorIQ to manage influencer data, performance metrics, and campaign tracking
• Maintain detailed gifting logs and outreach records

Gifting & Logistics

• Support product seeding logistics, including address collection, shipment coordination, and delivery tracking
• Maintain a well-organized, inventory-accurate gifting closet

Affiliate Platform & Creator CRM Management

• Support day-to-day operations of affiliate platforms (such as ShopMy, LTK, and TikTok Shop), including creator onboarding, link generation, and offer setup
• Use affiliate tools as a creator CRM to maintain records of creator status, content history, and performance
• Support affiliate seeding initiatives by identifying creators for gifting-to-affiliate conversion opportunities
• Monitor affiliate performance and flag high-performing creators to the team (for deeper partnerships or paid opportunities)

Creator Communication & Inbox Management

• Respond to inbound creator messages across affiliate platforms, email, and social DMs in a timely, brand-aligned manner
• Act as a point of contact for creators with questions related to gifting, sample requests, affiliate participation, etc.
• Proactively follow up with seeded and affiliated creators to encourage content posting and link activation
• Support ongoing creator relationships through clear communication and thoughtful follow-through
