Duties

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase followers and interaction.
  • Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Manage social media scheduling and monitoring using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and real-time engagement.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for actionable insights.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts to improve visibility on search engines.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to develop branding initiatives, press releases, and community outreach efforts.
  • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively and maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate photography and video editing projects to produce compelling multimedia content for various channels.
  • Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members to foster brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  • Experience in content creation including photography, video editing (video editing skills are a plus), proofreading, and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading and messaging consistency.
