Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee content creation including graphic design, photography, video editing, and proofreading to ensure high-quality, on-brand messaging.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and enhance web traffic.
  • Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools, and generate actionable reports.
  • Lead public relations initiatives by cultivating relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify brand messaging.
  • Coordinate Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid social media efforts to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including E-commerce, branding, and digital marketing to align campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends in social media marketing, graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and emerging digital tools to keep our strategies innovative.

Experience

  • Proven experience in leading social media marketing teams within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in content creation—graphic design, video editing, photography—and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in developing SEO strategies and executing keyword research for digital campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Skilled in managing social media management applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and reporting purposes.
  • Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a focus on audience targeting and performance optimization.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with branding principles, public relations tactics, e-commerce integration, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to refine strategies continuously while maintaining a creative approach that resonates with diverse audiences.
