Job Summary:

The Social Commerce Coordinator is responsible for implementing and optimizing Omaha Steaks’ social commerce initiatives across organic social, blog, affiliate, and influencer programs. Operating at the intersection of content, creators, and conversion, this role ensures campaigns and partnerships are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with broader marketing objectives—driving engagement, traffic, and revenue growth.

This role translates approved strategy into consistent, commerce-ready execution. They oversee publishing workflows, influencer and affiliate coordination, content amplification, tracking accuracy, and performance reporting. The Social Commerce Manager partners closely with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, and Merchandising to reduce operational friction, maintain brand and messaging consistency, and improve the measurable impact of social-driven customer acquisition and sales.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Organic Social Commerce Execution:

    • Execute social publishing calendars tied to brand stories, campaigns, promotions, and product moments across social platfroms | Adapt content into platform-native formats with commerce-forward captions, tags, and CTAs | Monitor comments and DMs and escelate to appropriate teams | Extend Omaha Steaks’ social presence by engaging with community, customer, and creator content to build authentic connections and drive social commerce engagement | Ensure brand voice, visual standards, and product messaging consistency across channels
  • Affiliate & Influencer Commerce Execution

    • Execute day-to-day operations of the affiliate and influencer commerce program, including: Onboarding creators into affiliate and social commerce platforms, Managing links, promo codes, product tagging, and posting requirements Coordinating posting timelines and deliverables once partnerships are approved Ensure creator content goes live correctly with accurate tracking and product attribution Track live posts and compile performance snapshots (engagement, traffic, sales signals)
    • Support content reuse opportunities (whitelisting, organic reposts, and commerce extensions)
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

    • Track and report on organic social, blog, and affiliate content performance

    Maintain organized documentation of content calendars, live posts, and creator activity

    Identify execution-level insights (what formats, products, and messages are resonating)

    Surface opportunities to improve conversion paths and content effectiveness Create workflows for automation both for internal processes and community-facing (such as ManyChat).

  • Blog Content Implementation & Amplification

    • Publish blog content within the CMS, ensuring proper formatting, SEO basics, tagging, and internal linking | Coordinate with content and SEO partners to ensure posts are accurate, timely, and promotion-ready | Amplify blog content across organic social to

    drive traffic and support conversion paths | Maintain publishing cadence and content hygiene

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 4- year college degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content operations, or social commerce
  • Hands-on experience publishing organic social content tied to products or promotions
  • Familiarity with blogging platforms (WordPress, Contentful, or similar CMS)
  • Experience with affiliate, influencer, or social commerce platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
  • Clear written communication skills with a commerce-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and analytics partners
