Marketing & Content Coordinator
Bay Area | Local Restaurant Brand
Local restaurant in the Bay Area looking for a Marketing and Content Coordinator.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think creatively and execute consistently. You will be involved in both strategy and day-to-day implementation across content, digital marketing, community outreach, and brand presence.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly marketing plans
- Support campaign planning for product launches, promotions, giveaways, and events
- Assist with audience-specific campaigns (schools, businesses, local communities)
- Help introduce and promote new menu items
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Capture high-quality photo and video content for food, events, and store activity
- Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to the brand
- Update and manage online photos (DoorDash, Google, website, etc.)
Community, Influencers & Outreach
- Message and coordinate with influencers and content creators
- Network with schools, local businesses, and organizations for catering opportunities
- Assist with event planning and logistics coordination
- Comfortable with cold outreach, relationship-building, and follow-ups
Digital Marketing & Promotions
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Instagram, local promotions)
- Create flyers, coupons, and in-store promotional materials
- Support loyalty programs, offers, and incentives
- Help manage text message and email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update online menus and listings
Brand & Reputation Management
- Respond to customer reviews (Yelp, Google, etc.) in a professional, on-brand manner
- Help manage merchandise concepts and basic design coordination
- Track marketing spending and support cost-effective budget management
What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate out-of-the-box marketing ideas
- Experience with videography and photography (professional or social media-based)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and short-form content trends
- Organized, fast, and efficient with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior marketing, content creation, or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
