We’re hiring! Looking for a self-motivated Creator Outreach Manager to join our Creator Growth team. You’ll take on outreach campaigns to connect with potential influencers and content creators and collaborate with teams across the company.
📍This role is open worldwide
⏰You must be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST. Who we are looking for
Required: • 2+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, outreach, or digital acquisition roles • Experience working with content creators • Understanding social media analytics (Instagram and TikTok platforms) • Proven experience with outreach campaigns (conversion tracking, open/reply rates, optimization) • Full professional proficiency in English, excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing • Proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously • Strategic thinking with a test-and-learn mindset
Bonus points: • Experience with creator platforms, agencies, or outreach services • Advanced use of AI tools for workflows, automation, and processes
Responsibilities • Launch outreach campaigns to connect with potential influencers and content creators and get them interested in Insense app and specifc influencer campaigns • Develop and optimize acquisition strategies to recruit content creators through email campaigns, social media, external creator databases, and other channels • Monitor and track key metrics to measure the success of acquisition campaigns and develop future strategies • Provide regular reporting on campaign metrics and outreach impact. • Collaborate closely with creator and client teams to ensure campaigns meet objectives • Moderate and review new creator applications by request to maintain platform quality standards
