What You’ll Lead

Growth & Census Strategy
- Translate occupancy goals into actionable marketing plans
- Analyze referral trends, payer mix, and competitive positioning
- Identify differentiators that make each center stand out
- Adjust tactics in real time based on performance data
Multi-Site Portfolio Leadership
- Oversee marketing across seven centers
- Balance brand integrity with local nuance
- Prioritize competing requests with structure and diplomacy
- Deliver projects on time — consistently
Campaigns That Convert
- Lead digital ads, email campaigns, social media, print materials
- Craft messaging for families, referral partners, and community stakeholders
- Elevate storytelling that highlights residents, staff, and outcomes
- Ensure compliant, accurate, HIPAA-aware marketing practices
Community & Reputation Building
- Strengthen referral networks and local partnerships
- Support outreach initiatives and visibility efforts
- Manage online reputation with responsiveness and professionalism

Ideal Background
- 4+ years marketing experience (healthcare, senior services, nonprofit, or multi-site preferred)
- Experience supporting census-driven or revenue-based goals
- Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, CRM platforms
- Knowledge of senior living or skilled nursing strongly preferred
