Our E-learning client is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to work with their team. This is a fully remote, 40 hour/week, 3-month contract opportunity, which the likelihood to extend.
The ideal candidate is an experienced influencer and UGC marketer with 3+ years of hands-on execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms, capable of managing multiple creators, timelines, and campaigns with precision. You are highly organized, detailoriented, and skilled at sourcing talent, guiding creators against structured briefs, coordinating contracts and permissions, and supporting paid social workflows like whitelisting and Spark Ads.
MUST HAVE:
-3+ years of hands-on experience executing influencer marketing, UGC, or social media content programs.
-Proven ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
-Strong understanding of influencer and creator content formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
-Experience executing against content briefs and providing clear, structured feedback to creators to ensure brand and performance alignment.
-Proven experience supporting campaign performance reporting and paid social workflows, including whitelisting, Spark Ads, and Meta Partnership Ads.
-Experience using influencer or creator management tools such as Aspire, CreatorIQ, Billo, or similar.
-Experience supporting influencer content across both B2C and B2B use cases, including content testing, iteration, and optimization cycles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Run end-to-end influencer and UGC campaigns, managing outreach, onboarding, deliverables, and content delivery.
-Source and vet creators, guide them with clear briefs and feedback, and ensure timelines and approvals stay on track.
-Handle contracts, usage rights, payments, and maintain accurate trackers, databases, and asset libraries.
-Support performance reporting and paid social workflows (whitelisting, Spark Ads, Meta Partnership Ads).
-Collaborate across teams, monitor content performance, and stay current on platform and UGC trends.

-Background in subscription based companies, tech and/or education
