I am an independent financial planner who regularly educates families, parents, and professionals through workshops, presentations, and online content. I’m looking for a proactive, organized professional to help expand my speaking opportunities and maintain consistent, high-quality social media visibility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, outreach, and positioning an expert as a trusted educator. This is not an influencer or sales role.

Engagement Details

• Part-time contract role

• 10–15 hours per week

• 30-day paid trial

• Fixed trial fee: $2,000

Opportunity to extend into a monthly retainer

Key Responsibilities

Speaking & Partnership Outreach (Primary Focus)

  • Identify associations, schools, professional groups, and organizations aligned with families and education
  • Research and contact decision-makers to secure speaking opportunities
  • Draft and send thoughtful outreach emails
  • Track outreach, follow-ups, and responses
  • Support repeat bookings and long-term partnerships

Social Media Consistency (Secondary Focus)

  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule (2–3 posts/week)
  • Repurpose existing content (presentations, newsletters, videos)
  • Write clear, professional captions
  • Schedule posts and manage a simple content calendar
  • Process & Communication
  • Provide brief weekly updates on outreach and progress
  • Keep systems organized and documented
  • Communicate proactively and professionally

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, partnerships, outreach, nonprofit, association, education, or events
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and self-directed
  • Comfortable representing a professional brand
  • Experience with YouTube, instagram, linkedin and basic scheduling tools
