Role Overview
OneHealth is seeking a proactive and detail driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our in office team in Old Bridge New Jersey. This is a high ownership role responsible for driving the coordination execution and follow through of marketing projects and campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external marketing vendors ensuring all deliverables are completed on time within scope and aligned to brand standards.
This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline oriented and confident managing multiple priorities at once with a strong sense of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own growth focused marketing execution across multiple channels with an emphasis on driving inbound interest from individual consumers. Your responsibilities include:
Social, Digital, and Content Execution
- Own and manage the social media calendar across platforms
- Ensure consistent posting cadence aligned to growth initiatives
- Build posts using approved templates and messaging frameworks
- Adapt content while maintaining brand voice and compliance
- Review all content for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency
- Publish content and confirm successful delivery across channels
- Support digital marketing initiatives targeting individual consumers
- Influencers, Partnerships, and Amplification
- Identify influencer and partner opportunities aligned to growth goals
- Manage outreach and coordination for influencer collaborations
- Support co marketing and partnership initiatives
- Amplify founder and executive content across social platforms
- Curate post ideas and drafts for leadership social channels
Events, Podcasts, and Spokesperson Activities
- Support planning and promotion of event marketing initiatives
- Participate in live and virtual events as a brand representative
- Represent OneHealth on podcasts, interviews, and media appearances
- Collaborate internally to ensure consistent external messaging
- Support preparation of talking points and content for appearances
Performance Tracking and Internal Coordination
- Track growth metrics including engagement, reach, and inbound interest
- Monitor performance trends and identify optimization opportunities
- Provide regular updates on results and channel performance
- Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Maintain organized records of content, partnerships, and performance
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Experience working from templates brand guidelines and structured content frameworks
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience engaging with audiences and managing brand presence on social platforms
- Comfort operating in a regulated or brand sensitive environment
- Proficiency with social scheduling and engagement tools
- Strong email organization and structured communication habits
- Software and platform adeptness with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Habit of checking work thoroughly before completion

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 to $82,000 based on experience
- Annual performance based bonuses
- Quarterly success based bonuses based on conversions through direct marketing efforts
