<Responsibilities>

  • Set up a marketing roadmap (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) where everyone can see the progress and report on progress and oversee the KPIs for the success.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for e-commerce platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing campaigns to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic..
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central (PPC/Listing Optimization), Google Analytics & Ads, including campaign setup, conversion optimization, and reporting AND digital marketing (Meta & Tiktok), Content marketing, Social Media Analytics, Performance testing and event marketing via KOL and Influencers.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize website content for conversion by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, A/B testing, and analytics-driven adjustments.
  • Oversee content creation including copywriting and graphic design
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on to streamline campaigns and nurture customer engagement through personalized email marketing efforts.
  • Develop marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

· Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social media advertising, Influencer/KOL marketing, and marketing automation platforms.

· Experience in project and product management, including product launch strategies and lifecycle management.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
