<Duties>
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives to increase visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including images, videos, blogs, and graphics using AI video creation tools and traditional video editing software programs.
- Manage daily social media activities using platforms to ensure consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning and engagement tactics
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and conversions
- Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members to enhance brand credibility
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and public relations teams to produce engaging multimedia content that aligns with branding guidelines
<Skills>
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Skilled in video editing for creating engaging multimedia content
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms including Meta and related advertising tools
- Strong understanding of branding principles combined with public relations expertise to manage brand reputation effectively
- Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels
- Experience in digital marketing strategies focused on e-commerce growth is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished before publication
- Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics and other tools to inform ongoing strategy adjustments
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members effectively
