Social Media Marketing Specialist

Join the team at our growing brewery! We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to engage audiences and drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences.
• Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Optimize campaigns through Facebook Advertising and other paid promotion methods to increase reach and engagement.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content visibility in search engine results.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines before publication.
• Maintain strong relationship management by engaging with followers, influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster community growth.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on social media management.
• Demonstrated ability in graphic design, video editing, photography, and content creation using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and impact.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
