About the job

An established and growing global consumer products organization is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, market expansion, and product commercialization initiatives. This individual will drive brand equity, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while partnering cross-functionally across marketing, product, and sales teams.

This role reports to senior marketing leadership and oversees an Associate Brand Marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, expand into new markets, and strengthen customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and product commercialization initiatives, including positioning, campaign development, launch execution, promotions, and event strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Channel Marketing teams to ensure cohesive and successful product launches.
  • Manage and mentor an Associate Brand Marketing team member, translating high-level brand strategy into coordinated execution with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer insights, competitive trends, and portfolio opportunities; contribute to pricing, positioning, and product roadmap decisions.
  • Oversee online and offline marketing activity to ensure brand consistency, alignment with strategic objectives, and strong customer resonance.
  • Analyze performance metrics and campaign results, providing executive summaries and recommendations for optimization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, retailers, media partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, influencer collaborations, product placements, and promotional opportunities within targeted segments.
  • Support execution of customer marketing and merchandising programs in collaboration with sales teams and regional partners; refine programs based on performance data.
  • Uphold brand standards and governance across all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, channel marketing, or product marketing.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, professional equipment, audio/visual, or related technical industries preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for industry events, partner meetings, and regional support.
