The Role
This is not a traditional social media role.
This is a structured marketing execution position supporting the Chief Marketing Officer.
You will serve as the operational extension of marketing leadership — translating strategic direction into disciplined execution across digital platforms, CRM systems, and brand assets.
Video editing is a required skill, but not the entire role. The primary mandate is marketing operations, structured execution, and brand governance.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & Execution
- Maintain structured 60–90 day content calendars
- Execute publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Adapt messaging per platform while protecting brand integrity
- Monitor performance and provide structured reporting
- Support CRM segmentation and lifecycle workflows
- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Coordinate social-to-CRM integrations
- Prepare executive-ready reporting
Video Editing & Media Refinement
- Edit professionally captured footage into polished short-form content
- Repurpose long-form interviews into executive-level clips
- Apply minimal motion graphics and refined typography
- Deliver clean vertical and platform-specific formats
- Maintain disciplined, non-trend-based visual standards
- Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools (Kling, Runway, etc.) is a plus
Website & Asset Governance
- Update CMS pages and landing content
- Maintain structured digital asset libraries
- Enforce version control and naming standards
- Format executive-facing decks and PDFs
Event Marketing Support
- Coordinate cross-platform event rollouts
- Manage post-event recap content
- Maintain disciplined follow-up workflows
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in marketing operations, corporate communications, or structured content execution
- Demonstrated professional video editing experience (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro required)
- Working knowledge of motion graphics tools
- Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram in professional environments
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong executive writing and formatting ability
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
Experience within luxury travel, financial services, private equity, professional services, or high-net-worth client environments is strongly preferred.

Pay: $53,653.22 - $64,614.63 per year
