Pay: $28-$32/hr. DOE

Overview

The Social Media, PR, and Advertising team is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project management and coordination across social media and digital advertising initiatives. This role focuses on keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently across cross-functional teams.

Role Description

• Manage day-to-day project coordination for social media and digital advertising content, including administrative and tracking tasks

• Create, assign, and monitor project tasks using Workfront (a project management tool)

• Assemble weekly social media content calendars in collaboration with the Social Media Content Associate

• Coordinate and assemble product mailings to influencers, beauty editors, and other partners

• Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure requirements, assets, and deliverables are completed on time

• Oversee project management for display advertising and paid social media ads to keep deliverables on schedule

• Occasionally provide creative direction and copywriting support for captions, videos, or graphics

• Monitor social media channels for user-generated and influencer content featuring products and/or brand consultants

• Support ad hoc projects including writing video scripts, participating in short-form content creation for TikTok or Reels, conducting competitor research, assisting the PR team as needed, and supporting video or photo shoots

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 0–3 years of experience in project management; background or interest in social media, content creation, or digital advertising preferred

• Background or interest in marketing, direct sales, or the beauty industry is a plus

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and shifting priorities

• Prior experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Trello, or Basecamp is a plus

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

• Ability to work in person Monday through Thursday in an Addison, TX office and work remotely on Fridays
