Marketing Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate MARKETING ASSISTANT to join our team.

This is a part-time role, 3-4 days/week, that will see you play a vital part in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving the growth of our innovative wellness brand.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Content Creation & Creative Development:

• Editing and refining creative assets for paid and organic platforms.
• Supporting iterations of existing “hero” ads for paid media testing.
• Assisting with TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts content.
• Posting and scheduling daily Meta content (organic + paid videos).
• Researching trends across health, beauty and wellness brands.
• Identifying relevant cultural moments and on-brand messaging.
• Organizing and managing the brand content library (Google Drive).

Shoot & Production Support:

• Assisting with photoshoots: preparation, on-set support, pack down.
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content for Meta.
• Managing wardrobe and fashion library organization.
• Taking ownership of shoot preparation, execution and storage organization.
• Supporting the production of ad-focused content days.
• Travel as required both national and international.

Influencer & Community Support:

• Assisting with influencer gifting logistics and dispatch.
• Supporting outreach coordination.
• Engaging with our community across social platforms.
• Responding to comments and direct messages.

Marketing & Administrative Support:

• Providing day-to-day support to the Founder, Brand Manager and Marketing Manager.
• Assisting with event coordination.
• Supporting post-performance monitoring across Google and Meta.
• Sending creative assets to advertising partners for testing and iteration.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.01 - $25.71 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
