Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand identity.
- Manage daily social media operations using tools like Canva or Adobe to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing tactics.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and implement keyword research to increase visibility in organic search results.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI through targeted ad strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate brand messaging, manage relationships with influencers, and handle media inquiries.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing to produce high-quality visual content.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track campaign performance and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while adapting messaging for different audiences and formats.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of paid advertising strategies on Facebook Advertising platform and other digital ad channels.
- Excellent written communication skills with keen attention to proofreading and content accuracy.
- Ability to develop creative visual content that aligns with branding standards using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Strong relationship management skills for collaborating across teams including PR, sales, e-commerce, and creative departments.
- Experience in social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
- Passion for staying current on digital marketing trends such as social media marketing innovations, video content creation, and emerging platforms.
