We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to provide strategic leadership and direction for our US Johnson's Baby, Desitin division. As the Marketing Director of Johnson's Baby and Desitin, you will be responsible for shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the baby market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and lead the implementation of a forward-thinking marketing strategy for the baby category, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
- Brand Excellence: Drive the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent, and captivating brand identity for our facecare products.
- Product Launch Excellence: Oversee the planning and execution of impactful product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry.
- Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover consumer behaviors, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends, translating insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, setting clear objectives, fostering growth, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer partnerships to drive online presence and sales.
- Content Leadership: Define and implement a compelling content strategy that educates, engages, and resonates with our target audience, reinforcing brand loyalty.
- Budget Oversight: Take charge of the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation across initiatives to achieve optimal ROI.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness, leading to data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of product development, marketing, and sales efforts.
- Executive Reporting: Communicate marketing strategies, progress, and results succinctly and effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- A BA/BS in Marketing or business-related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles required.
- Demonstrated expertise in the baby, cosmetics, or personal care industry, with a deep understanding of the facecare sector required.
- Profound analytical abilities and the skill to translate data into actionable insights required.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of building and guiding high-performing teams required.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, and content strategies required.
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities required.
- Innovative mindset and the capacity to spearhead creative marketing campaigns required.
- Results-driven approach with a history of surpassing targets required.
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$190,825.00 - $269,400.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
