About the Role

We are seeking a Partnerships & Field Marketing Manager (Mandarin-speaking) to strengthen 17TRACK’s presence in the U.S. market through offline events, local community building, affiliate ecosystem development, and regional partnership activation.

In this role, you will own North America offline marketing, build and manage local partner networks, support affiliate program operations, and act as a key communication bridge between our U.S. and China-based teams.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and local resource building, requiring exceptional organization, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate independently on the ground.

This position requires valid U.S. work authorization and is fully on-site in Los Angeles – Brea.

Who You Are

You are a bilingual (Mandarin + English) marketer with strong experience in offline events, partnership outreach, community building, and cross-border communication.

You have a natural ability to connect with people, develop local resources, negotiate collaboration opportunities, and execute events flawlessly from planning to on-site management.You thrive in roles that blend marketing execution、partnership coordination、affiliate program operations and bring both creativity and operational discipline.

You are comfortable working closely with domestic (China-based) teams while independently building localized strategies in the U.S. market.Most importantly, you bring a strong sense of ownership, enjoy building networks from zero, and operate with precision, structure, and intention in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Program & Ecosystem Partner Development

● Identify potential ecosystem partners (media, influencers, communities, eCommerce service providers, educators, local organizations).

● Conduct outreach, negotiate cooperation terms, and manage onboarding.

● Maintain structured program documentation and ensure smooth execution across all affiliate and ecosystem touchpoints.

2. Offline Event Planning & Execution (U.S. local market)

● Lead planning and execution of regional events such as meetups, salons, workshops, partner gatherings, and community activations.

● Handle venue sourcing, vendor management, partner coordination, attendee engagement, and full on-site operational execution.

● Build scalable event processes and maintain high-quality brand presentation.

3. Local Partnership Outreach & Relationship Management

● Build relationships with local media, community groups, chambers, eCommerce networks, creators, and partner organizations.

● Support ongoing communication with external stakeholders to enhance brand presence and unlock collaboration opportunities.

● Represent 17TRACK at local industry events and community activations when needed.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration with China-based Teams

● Act as a communication bridge between U.S. market needs and China-based marketing, product, and operations teams.

● Coordinate campaign timelines, asset requirements, messaging alignment, and partner deliverables.

● Ensure that local execution accurately reflects brand positioning and strategic goals.

5. Program Tracking, Reporting & Operations Support

● Track event performance, partner engagement, and affiliate program KPIs.

● Maintain budget logs, vendor documentation, and activity reports.

● Provide structured updates to leadership and suggest improvements based on insights.

Qualifications

● 5–8 years of experience in Field Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Event Marketing, Community Management, or Affiliate Program operations.

● Experience planning and executing offline events (venue sourcing, logistics coordination, vendor negotiation).

● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for building partner and community relationships.

● Experience managing affiliate programs, co-op partnerships, or ecosystem operations is a plus.

● Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking ability.

● Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

● Bilingual Mandarin + English required (frequent collaboration with China-based teams).

● Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital platforms preferred.

● Must have valid U.S. work authorization.

● On-site presence required in Los Angeles – Brea.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 base + performance bonus
