Job Summary
Grupo Cimbali is an Italian manufacturer of Espresso machines for more than 100 years, this position will be out of our North America headquarters in Renton, WA and reports to the CEO and to the Director of Marketing.
Drive the development, implementation, and management of marketing and communication strategies for the North American market, for 4 brands (Cimbali, FAEMA, Casadio and SLAYER), strengthening Cimbali Group’s positioning as a global leader in professional coffee machines and grinders, while tailoring the approach to local customers, partners, and the coffee community. Design and deliver impactful marketing and communication initiatives that are consistent with Cimbali Group’s brand identity, with the aim to:
- Increase brand awareness across the U.S. and Canadian markets
- Support sales teams and commercial partners with targeted communication tools
- Enhance coffee culture and customer experience through events, digital marketing, and local PR
- Strengthening relationships with key stakeholders: customers, distributors, roasters, associations, and media
Duties
Define and implement the annual marketing communication plan for North America (4 Brand) , aligned with global guidelines and tailored to local market needs
o Organize and coordinate events, trade shows, es for example SCA, NRA, NAFEM, NACS AND NAMA, and brand activation activities (regional trade events, training experiences…)
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to increase brand visibility
o Provide communication materials and promotional tools to support the sales network
o Track and analyze communication and marketing KPI
o Collaborate closely with HQ to ensure brand consistency, while adapting content to North American culture and market dynamics

o Ensure that the Cimbali Group’s showrooms in New York and Renton are fully aligned with the company’s brand image, design standards, and overall customer experience.
o Analyze and leverage information generated from CRM leads and in collaboration with the North America sales team, to stimulate opportunities and drive attraction of potential partners.
o Develop ad hoc marketing and communication plans for Key Accounts and chains, supporting sales objectives with tailored activities
o Development of the price list and catalog for North America for 4 brands
o Manage “Autoquotes” online Catalog, upload information and update and maintenance (Photos, Descriptions and Prices)
o Support the promotion and execution of events and initiatives that generate participation and engagement in the two Cimbali Group showrooms in North America
o Work in close collaboration with Brand Management to ensure that all messages and communications are conveyed with the correct tone of voice, supporting distributors, the Country Manager, and the sales team with the necessary materials. Build and deliver a new brand narrative tailored to the North American market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and multichannel campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress website management, HTML basics, and print advertising design.
- Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing strategies, product management support, budgeting processes, and performance marketing techniques.
- Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise to craft clear and persuasive messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience in e-commerce environments or working with online sales channels is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
