Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Assistant Social Media Manager who will:
- Supervise event coverage
- Create and edit engaging content
- Capture high-quality photo/video
- Support social media strategy
- Help build a strong community presence
This is not just a desk job.
You will be on-site during events and activations.
Responsibilities
Social Media
- Assist in managing Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Create Reels, Stories, and short-form video content
- Write captions aligned with brand voice
- Schedule content and monitor engagement
- Track performance analytics
Event Supervision
- Be present at wellness events and brand activations
- Capture live moments (video + photos)
- Coordinate with coaches, hosts, influencers
- Ensure branding visibility (logos, step & repeat)
- Manage behind-the-scenes content flow
Content Production
- Edit short-form videos (CapCut, Final Cut, Canva, etc.)
- Create graphics and visual assets
- Organize media folders
- Prepare recap videos within 24–48 hours post-event
Required Skills
- Strong iPhone filming skills
- Experience with Reels / TikTok editing
- Organized & proactive personality
- Ability to work weekends for events
- English required
Bonus:
- Experience in fitness / wellness industry
- Experience hosting or interviewing on camera
- Basic Canva design skills
- Podcast or audio knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.74 - $24.97 per hour
