Creator Partnerships & Growth Manager

About the Role

AKOOL is a leading AI video generation platform. We are looking for a Creator & Community Growth Manager to design and scale creator-driven distribution and community-led growth programs that drive awareness, product adoption, and organic demand. 

This role will turn creators, influencers, and user communities into a repeatable acquisition and viral growth engine.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale creator and influencer distribution programs that generate ongoing product usage and viral reach
• Design and operationalize a

creator adoption loop

that continuously turns creators into active users, advocates, and repeat distributors of Akool-powered content

• Launch high-impact crowdsourced content initiatives that turn the Akool user base into a scalable UGC growth engine
• Build and expand community-driven growth ecosystems across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, and emerging creator platforms
• Partner with product and growth teams to develop

product-embedded viral campaigns and sharing mechanics

tied directly to core workflows

• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-leverage creator ambassadors and community champions
• Establish measurement frameworks and continuously optimize

creator-driven acquisition, engagement, referral velocity, and lifecycle adoption

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in creator marketing, influencer growth, community growth, or viral distribution
• Proven experience launching creator-led growth campaigns that drove measurable adoption
• Deep understanding of short-form video ecosystems and creator monetization models
• Highly experimental, data-driven, and execution-focused
• Experience working in AI, SaaS, or creator tools is a strong plus
