We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to directly support the Marketing & Social Managers in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution, content coordination, influencer partnerships, reporting, admin, and brand operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social, email, influencer, and e-commerce channels
  • Coordinate content production with the Creative team (photography, videography, UGC, PR assets)
  • Schedule and publish social media content; monitor engagement and community interactions
  • Support influencer outreach, product seeding, tracking deliverables, and reporting results
  • Research e-commerce, PR, and social media trends to support brand growth initiatives
  • Compile and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, engagement, subscriber growth)
  • Assist in preparing marketing decks, reports, and launch materials
  • Manage PR mailers, including packing and shipping packages to press and creators
  • Support Shopify product uploads, campaign updates, and promotional setup
  • Provide customer-facing support through email and DMs as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments during the company’s growth stage

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for consumer brands, marketing trends, and innovation
  • Shopify and Mailchimp experience is a plus
