The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at TOJI Co. is responsible for planning and producing content for various marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team, managing social media accounts, and utilizing data analytics to drive growth. The coordinator will also support influencer marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Research E-Com Growth & PR Trends
  • Play a key role in brand awareness & development
  • Write effective, engaging on-brand copy & content
  • Analyze key performance metrics and report insights
  • Schedule & execute marketing campaigns, events, creator partnerships
  • Collaborate with Creative team to create PR assets (Content, Photography, Videography).
  • Work with Shopify & other potential selling platforms
  • Prepare marketing decks, trend reports, and other supporting documents as needed for product and collection launches
  • Pack and ship PR packages efficiently for press and influencers
  • Facilitate exemplary customer service through emails and DMs
  • Support team members from different departments during the Company's start up stage
  • Collaborate with all departments on creative marketing and social media projects.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing campaigns and fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft and Google Workplace (Sheet, Slides, Docs)
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep passion for consumer brands and innovation, as well as staying on top of current trends
  • Shopify & Mailchimp experience is a plus

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Full-Time, In-Office position)

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
