Peaceful Mind Centers – Beverly Hills, CA (In-Studio Role)

Peaceful Mind Centers is a high-end integrative wellness clinic in Beverly Hills offering psychotherapy, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, hypnotherapy, and holistic treatments in a serene, spa-like environment.

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and organized in-house content creator who can capture the feeling of the space and translate it into daily social media content that builds trust and attracts clients.

This is not a marketing strategist or consultant role.

This is a hands-on creator role - filming, editing, posting, and managing social engagement.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation (In-Studio)

  • Film aesthetic footage of the clinic environment, rooms, and ambiance
  • Capture classes, workshops, and events
  • Film staff introductions and practitioner features
  • Film short educational videos with providers
  • Take professional promotional photos and headshots
  • Guide staff (and owner) on what content to record

Editing:

  • Edit Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
  • Add captions and subtitles
  • Choose music and trends appropriately
  • Color-correct and maintain a calming luxury aesthetic
  • Turn one filming day into multiple pieces of content

Social Media Management:

  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Post consistently each week
  • Respond to comments and DMs professionally
  • Forward booking inquiries to the Office Manager
  • Maintain organized content calendar
  • Help grow engagement and brand visibility

  • Can follow structure (this is a team environment)

This role works closely with leadership but is not responsible for scheduling clients or clinic operations.

Required Experience:

  • Experience filming and editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
  • Portfolio required (please include link)
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook posting tools
  • Able to work on-site weekly in Beverly Hills

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience with wellness, fitness, therapy, or spa businesses
  • Photography and lighting knowledge

Equipment:

You may use your own professional camera and stabilizer.

Lighting knowledge is a strong plus.

Schedule:

Part-time: 8–12 hours/week

Typical schedule:

  • 1–2 filming days in studio
  • Editing from home
  • Daily posting/check-ins
