$30 per hour 10 hours per week IRL and some remote - Hours will vary weekly. Extreme growth potential to turn into a full-time role as our brands grow.
Hi ladies! I’m looking to hire a part-time, in-person generalist / personal assistant to support day-to-day operations for my growing business(es). This role is a blend of in-person help + remote work and is perfect for someone who is extremely organized, type A, detail-oriented, and loves being behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. Must be extremely passionate about creating systems and willing to be a self-starter going above and beyond. Must be the kind of person who thrives on getting things done and seeing holes in our systems to where things can run more efficiently. Bonus points if you are the kind of person who is kind, uplifting to others, & willing to learn whatever it takes!
Starting 10 hours per week (some in-person days + some remote) this will start slowly with room to grow with our businesses.
Start date: ASAP (flexible for the right fit)
This role is for you if you are:
✅ Experienced creating brands on social media with a passion for aesthetics.
✅ You never cut corners or forget things! You are highly detail organized and skilled and managing calendars and systems
✅ You genuinely love to work and are okay with flexible work hours and last minute schedule changes
✅ Highly organized + proactive (Type A energy) with positive energy and sees the world in a bright way
✅ Reliable, upbeat, and calm under pressure
✅ Excited to grow in a role as our brands expand
✅ Highly skilled in Capcut editing for Reels & TikToks
✅ Comfortable receiving direct feedback and fixing things fast
✅ A “no task is too small” kind of person
✅ Creative with a strong visual eye (feminine, elevated aesthetic, & bonus points if you have experience running social media accounts)
You’ll help with things like:
- In-person assistant tasks + errands + keeping operations organized
- Strong creative eye and past experience writing blog posts & Pinterest Strategizing
- Past experience creating clear branded & aesthetic content on social media. You will help us launch our clean beauty brand - must be highly creative, talented, and organized
- Writing blog posts, LTK posts, SEO expertise
- Passionate about creating systems & optimization
- Admin + scheduling + keeping daily to-do’s moving
- Supporting social media execution (behind the scenes)
- Creating/organizing content assets + files
- Filming on iPhone + editing short clips (Reels/TikTok style) Must have experience editing content & be highly skilled
- Pinterest support + organization + posting
- Link management + affiliate tools + storefronts
- Helping with brand systems + project tracking (Notion experience)
- Passion for writing and editing blog posts
- Help with errands and styling photoshoots plus eye for photography - everything from grocery shopping to photoshoot styling
Must be familiar with:
✨ Social media marketing from a business perspective
✨ Affiliate platforms + linking tools like:
LinkDM, LTK (Like To Know It), ShopMy, Pinterest, Notion
✨ Basic website/backend confidence (storefronts, simple updates, organizing products/pages, etc.)
Bonus if you have HTML / coding experience

This is NOT a role where we teach you how to become an influencer or build your own social media career. You must thrive supporting business BTS and have the unique skill of creating systems.
