Overview The Supervisor, Content, works closely with the VP, Content, as well as strategy and investment team to ideate, develop and execute custom campaigns for our clients across platforms. The Supervisor will primarily focus on influencer marketing but will also drive content partnerships and integrated marketing programs across digital, social, and omni-channel platforms.
The role requires a person who is passionate about media, content, creative, production, and the details that go into taking a program concept from ideation to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end development and execution of content programs that address client goals, including developing RFPs, generating ideas, recommending partners, and building budgets and timelines
- Use consumer insights and industry trends to shape strategic program recommendations
- Maintain an active understanding of the content and influencer landscape, emerging formats, content behaviors, and platform shifts to ensure activations remain cutting edge and relevant
- Collaborate with creators, publishers, influencers, and production partners to identify and execute content opportunities
- Manage daytoday program execution across influencer, social, digital and integrated content initiatives
- Coordinate creative and production processes to ensure timely, highquality deliverables
- Guide programs through legal processes and ensure all deliverables meet agency and client compliance requirements
- Create and maintain status reports, budgets, timelines, recaps, and case studies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in influencer marketing, branded content, integrated marketing or content strategy in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of content strategy, brand marketing, production and programming processes across all platforms
- Awareness of consumer trends and insights
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think conceptually and to translate those concepts into actionable plans
- Proficient in MS office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Compensation Range: $81,225.00 - $105,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
