Position Summary
House Rules Scottsdale is seeking a proactive, execution-driven Marketing Specialist to lead
organic social media, produce high-quality content, and execute revenue-focused marketing
initiatives.
This role owns the organic voice and presence of House Rules Scottsdale and is responsible for
driving brand visibility through consistent, trend-aware, performance-based content.
The Marketing Specialist will execute assigned marketing initiatives within the established
marketing framework, while proactively contributing campaign ideas and creative improvements.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for a doer — someone who creates, posts, tests,
analyzes, and improves continuously.
This role serves as the internal liaison to our third-party marketing agency (Primitive), ensuring
campaigns are properly supported with strong creative assets and executed effectively at the
venue level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organic Social Media Leadership & Content Creation (Primary Focus – 50%)
● Own and manage all organic social media handles (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn).
● Maintain a consistent posting cadence (minimum 3–5 posts per week).
● Produce 15+ pieces of original content per month (reels, TikToks, short-form video, event
recaps, F&B highlights, group experiences).
● Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends daily (music, formats, hooks, challenges).
● Rapidly deploy relevant trend-based content when appropriate.
● Capture weekly in-venue content (events, gameplay, food & beverage, high-energy
moments).
● Create platform-native content designed specifically for algorithm performance.
● Conceptualize and execute organic content “campaign waves” aligned with seasonality
and revenue priorities.
● Repurpose strong organic content for paid campaign use.
This is not a routine posting role. Creativity, speed, and awareness of trends are expected.
2. Marketing Plan Execution & Support (25%)
● Execute assigned marketing initiatives tied to seasonal campaigns, event promotions,
and revenue goals.
● Support and facilitate implementation of the venue’s marketing plan.
● Maintain and update the marketing calendar.
● Coordinate campaign rollouts with Sales and Operations teams.
● Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
● Proactively contribute campaign ideas and improvements within the established strategy.
This role executes and enhances — it does not require independent ownership of
corporate-level marketing strategy.
3. Digital Performance & Analytics (15%)
● Track performance across organic and paid campaigns.
● Monitor engagement rate, reach, follower growth, watch time, and conversion indicators.
● Identify high-performing content for amplification.
● Provide monthly performance summaries with insights and optimization suggestions.
● Collaborate with Primitive to ensure creative assets align with paid campaign goals.
4. Agency Liaison & Alignment (Integrated Responsibility)
● Serve as primary internal point of contact for 3rd party agency partner.
● Ensure agency receives necessary creative assets and venue updates on schedule.
● Support paid campaigns with strong organic creative.
● Provide on-the-ground insights to improve campaign performance.
● Maintain accountability and communication between venue leadership and agency.
5. Event Activation & Community Engagement (10%)
● Support local partnerships and influencer collaborations.
● Assist in promoting group bookings, corporate events, and seasonal specials.
● Capture live content during key activations.
● Support community-facing initiatives that drive measurable traffic.
AI & Content Technology Expectations

output quality, including:
