Role Overview

Enterprise Travel Sales Representative

Full Time | On Site | North Palm Beach, Florida

We are hiring one enterprise producer.

This is not an entry level travel sales role. This is not a relationship building training ground. This is a revenue production seat.

You must already have established enterprise relationships in travel or travel adjacent sectors and the ability to convert those relationships into signed revenue.

If you are looking to break into travel, this is not the role.

Compensation Structure

Competitive base aligned with major United States markets.

Commission directly tied to net sales generated.

Because our model is transaction aligned, high performers materially outperform traditional SaaS compensation structures. This is a production driven compensation model built around gross sales volume and revenue share economics.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must have existing enterprise travel or travel adjacent accounts.

You must have direct access to executive level decision makers responsible for partnerships, distribution, revenue, or marketing.

Relevant enterprise relationships may include:

  • Major hotel brands
  • Large regional hotel groups
  • Online travel agencies
  • Wholesalers and bedbanks
  • Host agencies with meaningful transaction volume
  • Corporate travel platforms
  • Travel fintech or payment providers
  • Social media agencies operating at scale in travel
  • Influencer marketing networks with measurable travel volume
  • Creator commerce platforms monetizing travel traffic

We will verify depth of access and prior production history.

AI Requirement

You must have an active AI agent operating in your life or business.

This goes beyond casual AI tool usage. You should already be running an AI driven workflow that materially improves output, efficiency, or revenue.

You must understand:

  • How AI agents operate
  • How they integrate into business processes
  • How they create leverage inside commercial environments

We operate at the intersection of travel distribution and agentic commerce. Familiarity with AI driven workflows is required.

Core Qualifications

  • Proven record of closing enterprise travel or travel adjacent deals
  • Experience selling into hotels, OTAs, wholesalers, agencies, fintech, or creator commerce platforms
  • History of negotiating agreements tied to transaction volume or revenue share
  • Quota responsibility tied to gross revenue
  • Demonstrated production within the last 24 months
  • Clear understanding of travel economics, margin structure, and distribution leverage

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated sales and account management performance
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles from origination through contract execution
  • Self motivated, results driven, comfortable in high velocity environments

Hospitality or travel industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Activate and monetize your existing enterprise relationships
  • Originate new enterprise opportunities within your current network
  • Structure performance based commercial agreements
  • Negotiate revenue share and transaction driven partnerships
  • Manage full sales cycle from introduction to signed contract
  • Deliver measurable gross sales growth

This role is accountable for revenue production.
