WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead end-to-end content production for product launches, growth ads, social, and ad-hoc brand initiatives.
- Own video-first creative from concept through delivery, balancing speed, quality, and performance.
- Shoot and direct content yourself when appropriate (product, lifestyle, UGC-style, studio).
- Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and creator partners, acting as the main creative and production owner.
- Translate marketing and brand goals into clear creative briefs, shot lists, and production plans.
- Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and partners.
- Ensure assets are delivered in the right formats for paid ads, organic social, and launch moments.
- Continuously improve production workflows and help scale output efficiently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in creative production, video production, or content roles.
- Proven experience producing video content for launches, paid ads, and social platforms.
- Hands-on experience shooting video (camera, lighting, audio).
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or creator partners.
- Strong understanding of production workflows from pre-production to post.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Editing experience or strong post-production direction skills.
- Experience with performance creative and growth marketing.
- Familiarity with UGC, creator-led content, or influencer production.
- Experience with consumer hardware, gaming, or DTC brands.
- Comfort working across studio, lifestyle, and on-location shoots.
- Experience building scalable content systems or playbooks.
