Personal Assistant, Influencer & Content Creator (Irvine, CA)

Part Time, 25 hours per week

$17 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and creative Personal Assistant to support a fast growing beauty and lifestyle influencer based in Irvine. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants real world experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with content creation, filming, and editing for TikTok and Instagram
• Staying up to date with current trends, algorithms, and platform updates
• Organizing and picking up PR packages from a PO Box
• Running local errands and helping maintain a clean, organized studio space
• Managing emails professionally, sending invoices, reviewing and signing contracts
• Sending outbound emails to brands and maintaining organized records
• Assisting at brand meetings and occasional events, primarily in Los Angeles

Qualifications:

• Based in Irvine, CA
• Strong interest in social media, marketing, and content creation
• Familiar with editing tools, cameras, lighting, and recording equipment
• Detail oriented, organized, and proactive
• Professional communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow in the beauty and influencer industry

Schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 9am to 2pm, with flexibility based on availability.

This is a hands on opportunity to gain direct experience in influencer marketing, build connections with major beauty brands, and develop valuable skills in content creation and digital strategy.
