Role Overview
The Social Media Coordinator & Project Manager will serve as the communication bridge between clients and the Lo Media team. This person will ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion, while maintaining high standards of organization, creativity, and client satisfaction.
This role will also assist with shot list development, influencer outreach and coordination, and budget tracking.
Primary ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Account Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead client communication via email, calls, and meetings
- Provide regular status updates and ensure alignment on deliverables
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and approvals
- Ensure client satisfaction and proactive communication
Project Management & Internal Coordination
- Create and manage detailed project timelines and task lists
- Coordinate between creative, video, design, web, and ads teams
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Track project budgets and flag scope changes when needed
- Maintain organized documentation for all client projects
- Keep internal team informed on priorities and deadlines
Social Media Coordination
- Assist in building monthly content calendars
- Support post scheduling and publishing
- Monitor engagement and flag trends/opportunities
- Help gather analytics and prepare client reports
- Assist in optimizing profiles and content strategy
Creative & Production Support
- Assist in developing shot lists for video and photo shoots
- Coordinate production logistics (locations, talent, timing, assets)
- Help prepare creative briefs for designers and editors
- Participate in content creation days when needed
- Assist in organizing footage and creative assets
Influencer Outreach & Campaign Support
- Research relevant influencers aligned with client brands
- Conduct outreach and manage communication
- Negotiate deliverables and track influencer budgets
- Coordinate posting timelines and approvals
- Track campaign performance and deliverables
Budget & Campaign Oversight
- Assist in managing campaign budgets
- Track ad spend allocations (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed budgets
- Flag any overages or necessary adjustments
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative agency environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday)
- Basic understanding of paid media and influencer marketing
- Comfortable participating in content shoots if needed
- Ability to think strategically, not just tactically
Bonus Experience
- Experience working in hospitality, restaurant, legal, or healthcare marketing
- Prior agency experience
- Experience with influencer partnerships
- Experience in video production coordination

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
