We work with brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle, delivering performance-driven influencer, content, and social media strategies.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of culture, content, and performance. This person turns insights into scroll-stopping ideas and translates brand goals into platform-native creative direction.
You’ll work across social, influencer, paid, and organic channels — shaping campaign concepts, content systems, and creator briefs that drive both brand equity and measurable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms actually work — not just in theory, but in execution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative strategies for social-first campaigns (organic + paid)
- Translate brand positioning into platform-native content frameworks
- Build campaign narratives, content pillars, and creator briefs
- Partner with design, production, influencer, and paid teams to bring ideas to life
- Analyze performance data and refine creative direction accordingly
- Lead creative concepting sessions and present ideas to clients
- Identify cultural trends and platform shifts early
- Support new business pitches with strategic insights and big ideas
- Turn audience insights into repeatable content systems (not one-off posts)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years in creative strategy, social strategy, or content strategy (agency preferred)
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Experience working with creators/influencers
- Strong writing skills (hooks, scripts, briefs, POVs)
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance thinking
- Comfortable presenting to clients
- Sharp eye for what makes content convert vs. just look good
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or CPG a plus

- Campaigns feel culturally relevant and commercially sharp
- Creative direction is clear enough for teams to execute without confusion
- Performance improves because strategy is embedded in the creative
