Social Media Project Coordinator (18-Month Contract)

Location: Addison, TX (Onsite Mon–Thurs | Remote Fridays)

Schedule: 40 hours/week | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

The Social Media Project Coordinator supports the Social Media, PR, and Digital Advertising team through structured project management, content workflow coordination, and campaign execution support. This role ensures timely delivery of social content, paid media assets, influencer initiatives, and creative deliverables across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage daily project workflows for organic social media and digital advertising campaigns
  • Create, assign, and track tasks within project management platforms
  • Maintain production timelines for display ads (web banners) and paid social media assets
  • Ensure on-time delivery of creative and marketing deliverables
  • Support cross-functional coordination between Social, PR, Creative, and Digital teams

Content Planning & Execution

  • Build and maintain weekly content calendars in partnership with Social Media Content team
  • Provide light creative direction and copywriting for captions, short-form video scripts, and graphics
  • Assist in short-form video production (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
  • Monitor social channels for user-generated content (UGC) and influencer mentions

Influencer & PR Coordination

  • Coordinate product mailings to influencers, beauty editors, and external partners
  • Track influencer engagement and content deliverables
  • Support PR initiatives and media-related projects

Research & Campaign Support

  • Conduct competitor research and trend monitoring
  • Assist with video/photo shoots and campaign activations
  • Support ad hoc marketing and brand initiatives

  • Interest or experience in beauty, consumer products, direct sales, or influencer marketing preferred
