Well-known beauty client is seeking a Social Media Project Coordinator to work with their team. This opportunity is an 18-month contract requiring 40 hours/week with a hybrid schedule. Work location is requiring 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday) in office in Addison, TX and 1 day/week remote (Friday).
Must Have:
-Bachelors Degree
-1+ year of experience working in project management
-Prior experience working with project management tools is a plus. (Workfront, Asana, Trello, Basecamp, etc.)
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
-Focus on day-to-day project management and coordination of social media and digital advertising content. Includes administrative tasks and project management for the social media, PR, and advertising team
-Create, assign, and monitor project tasks using a project management tool. (WorkFront)
-Assemble weekly content calendars with the help of the Social Media Content Associate
-Coordinate and assemble product mailings to influencers, beauty editors, and other partners
-Work closely with the Creative Team on task execution or details needed to complete creative content
-Oversee the project management of display advertising (web banner) and paid social media ads to keep deliverables on schedule
-Occasionally provide creative direction and copywriting for items like captions, videos, or graphics
-Monitoring social media channels for user generated content and influencer content
-Ad hoc projects that could include, but are not limited to: writing video scripts, participating in short-form video content creation (TikTok or Reels), competitor research, assisting the PR team with projects as-needed, and assisting with video/photo shoots

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
