PickFresh is a hyper-local marketplace app that allows homeowners to sell fruit from their backyard to neighbors. We are building neighborhood-level momentum across the San Fernando Valley and looking for a sharp, resourceful Social Media & Influencer Research Specialist to help us scale.

This role is ideal for someone who loves research, outreach, and community-based marketing — and wants flexible hours with real growth impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify local micro-influencers (1k–50k followers)
  • Focus on hyper-local niches (food, moms, gardening, Spanish-speaking creators, small businesses, etc.)
  • Verify local relevance and engagement quality
  • Build and maintain influencer tracking spreadsheets
  • Craft and send outreach messages
  • Coordinate small influencer collaborations
  • Track performance metrics (downloads, registrations, listings)
  • Suggest creative growth ideas

Ideal Candidate

✔ Experience in influencer marketing, social media research, or outreach
✔ Comfortable sourcing through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Groups, hashtags, and geotags
✔ Strong written communication skills
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Self-starter who works independently

Bonus:
