PodunkAnnies is a small but growing boho western lifestyle brand and we're looking for a creative, strategic digital marketing specialist to help us expand our social media and email audience and convert followers into customers.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven digital marketer to manage and grow our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts, and manage email campaigns .

This role is ideal for someone who understands boho western fashion, rebellious boutique brands, and e-commerce — and knows how to turn engaging content into measurable sales growth.

The ideal candidate will not only create content but also develop and execute a clear plan to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and revenue.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute a 90-day social media growth plan
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (reels, TikToks, posts, stories, pins)
  • Repurpose content strategically across platforms
  • Write compelling captions with strong calls-to-action
  • Coordinate product features, launches, and promotions

Platform Management

  • Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts
  • Manage Mailchimp email marketing platform
  • Schedule and publish content consistently
  • Monitor comments and messages (or escalate as needed)
  • Stay on top of trends and incorporate them appropriately

Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Build and execute a follower growth and email subscription strategy
  • Increase engagement and community interaction
  • Drive qualified traffic to PodunkAnnies.com
  • Implement strategies to convert followers into customers
  • Track analytics and adjust strategy based on performance

Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide weekly performance reports including:
  • Follower growth
  • Engagement rates
  • Website traffic from social
  • Sales attributed to social & email
  • Recommend improvements based on data

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing business digital marketing accounts
  • Demonstrated success growing followers, email lists, and increasing sales
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest algorithms
  • Experience with short-form video content creation
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and conversion strategy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Portfolio or examples of accounts you’ve grown

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in western, boutique, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, AI etc.)
  • Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations
  • Paid social ad experience (bonus but not required)
