Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as a Design, Social Media, and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be guide a product to market, from design, manufacturing, marketing and sales. This position will be the driving force behind our brand’s visual identity, digital presence, and marketing strategies. Your energetic approach will help elevate our brand awareness, engage our audience across multiple platforms, and deliver compelling content that resonates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking for a new company looking to make a big impact.

This position requires an individual who can work independently with little oversight. Must be flexible as we are a new company trying to break into the market.

Duties

  • Help design a product, source manufacterers, develop packaging. Bring an idea from concept to product.
  • Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and increase organic traffic.
  • Create compelling content including blog posts, videos, photography, and promotional materials aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for strategic insights.
  • Plan and manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while tracking ROI through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to develop relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners for enhanced outreach.
  • Proofread all marketing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency before publication.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions and promotional visuals that drive sales.

Qualifications

  • This is a great position for a self starter who is looking for a full spectrum of marketing experience. Interns and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Some experience graphic design software including Canva, Adobe, Photoshop
  • An understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Facebook and Google Advertising campaigns and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation that aligns with branding standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Our Mission

Our goal is to bring a product to a growing market. As a start up, we offer a wide range of experiences and the right candidate will take the lead on the entire project. Pay is hourly, but bonuses based on sales will be paid out when product goes to market.

We are a small company, and this CONTRACT position will only be 10-15 hours per week with an anticipated time end after 6-12 months. It could lead to more opportunity and could grow based on success of product. Its a perfect fit for individual looking for experience or who are in school or have other jobs.

We require someone with the flexibility and understanding of collaborating with a start up company.

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per week
