Duties
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to improve organic reach.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate branding efforts, manage relationships with influencers, and support e-commerce initiatives through targeted advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and quality before publication.
- Support photography and video editing projects to produce high-quality visual assets that align with branding standards.
- Manage GHL CRM to ensure best results for leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to develop compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail in messaging consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
