The Role

We’re seeking an energetic and driven Social Partnerships + Influencer Manage r to support social partnership initiatives across a portfolio of lifestyle hotel clients. This is a junior-level contract role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of agency or in-house experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships. You understand today’s creator landscape and are eager to grow within the hospitality space. NYC-based candidates preferred for hybrid collaboration from our Williamsburg office.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with strategists and account managers to develop thoughtful, tailored partnerships strategies for Nia’s client roster, specifically lifestyle hotels
  • Align influencer and brand partnership initiatives with each client’s unique positioning, audience, and goals
  • Identify emerging creators, trends, and opportunities within hospitality and lifestyle spaces
  • Source and vet influencers, creators and brand partners with project teams
  • Support contract negotiation and manage campaign logistics
  • Create strategic and thoughtful collaborator briefs
  • Track performance and report on results
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, managers, agents and brands on behalf of Nia
  • Help shape internal process to manage and grow the agency's partnership database

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem
  • Experience working directly with influencers and negotiating deliverables
  • Proficiency across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Fluency with Figma, Notion and Google Workspace is a plus
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong creative point of view
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience in travel, lifestyle, hospitality, or F&B

You don’t need an existing network, but you should understand the industry and be excited to build and nurture long-term partnerships.

Compensation

$25–$55 per hour, based on experience.
