Role Overview

We are looking for a

Real AWS Expert

who has the technical depth of a Solutions Architect and the business acumen of a Founder. You are the "Voice of Authority" for our AWS division. Your mission is two-fold: dominate the digital space with high-converting sales video content and dominate the AWS Marketplace through strategic partnership.

You will be the face of our AWS funnels, but behind the scenes, you are the

Lead Architect

. You will collaborate with AWS Account Executives to design "Partner Services" for the AWS Partner Portal, act as the

Sales Engineer

to scope incoming projects, and serve as the final authority on hiring new AWS talent for the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Offer & Partner Engineering:

Work directly with AWS Account Executives to build and list proprietary services on the AWS Partner Portal. You define the pricing, the value proposition, and the competitive advantage.

  • The Face of the AWS Funnel:

Record Video Sales Letters (VSLs), ads, and technical deep-dives. You demonstrate our AWS expertise to build trust with CTOs and Engineering VPs.

  • Technical Sales Engineering:

Act as the lead SME on sales calls to scope complex AWS migrations, serverless architectures, and cost-optimization projects.

  • Team Architect & Gatekeeper:

You are responsible for interviewing and making the final "Hire/No-Hire" decisions for all new AWS engineering talent to ensure our delivery team matches your level of expertise.

  • Strategic Collaboration:

Work with our copywriters to extract technical "hooks" (e.g., Well-Architected Framework, Cost Optimization, Scalability) to build scripts that convert.

Requirements: Looking & Sounding the Part

  • On-Camera Authority:

You must be comfortable delivering high-level cloud strategy to a camera with natural charisma.

  • Home Studio:

You must have a clean, professional, "Tech-Forward" background for filming.

  • Technical Gear:

You must own (or be willing to acquire) a 4K camera (mobile phone is ok), a podcast-grade microphone, and professional lighting ($100-$200 budget to be reimbursed).

Qualifications: Subject Matter Expertise

  • Senior-Level AWS Authority:

Minimum of

5+ years of experience

as an AWS Solutions Architect or Cloud Engineer. AWS Professional-level certifications are highly preferred.

  • Business & Sales DNA:

You understand how to build a "Service as a Product." You know how to price AWS managed services and how the AWS Partner Network (APN) works.

  • Sales Engineering Background:

Experience in scoping projects, estimating timelines, and defining "Statements of Work" (SOWs) for enterprise clients.

  • Expert Content Translation:

The ability to take "low-level" infrastructure complexity and turn it into a high-level, ROI-driven business case for stakeholders.

The Roadmap to Full-Time

  • Immediate:

Earn

Commissions

on all AWS-related sales generated through your funnel and partner initiatives, plus

Annual Profit Sharing

  • Future:

Once revenue milestones are hit, you move to a

Base Salary

while retaining Profit Sharing.
