IMT’s headquarters is based in Culver City, CA. This is a hybrid role, and while we don’t mandate full
time in-office time, candidates should be available to come into the IMT office M-W.
Who Do We Want?
IMT is seeking an award-winning Creative Strategist to elevate our marketing strategy and turn
insights into impactful ideas. You bring a sharp understanding of audience behavior, cultural trends,
and how technology drives engagement. You shape the strategic foundation behind our experiential
and integrated campaigns, ensuring we connect with the right people in meaningful ways.
We service some of the biggest brands in the country and need someone to help us connect the
dots to help IMT deliver breakthrough brand experiences that perform.
Scope &Detail
As an IMT Creative Strategist, you'll develop experiential, social, and omnichannel concepts
grounded in cultural insight, performance data, and real consumer behavior. You will lead strategic
conversations with clients, driving stronger engagement through testing, iteration, and cross-channel
thinking. We’re looking for someone confident, curious, and highly organized. Moreover, you will be part of our new business development. In new business you will help us identify what success looks like through a strategic lens.
Candidates should have experience managing internal goals, strategic expectations, and logistic
constraints. You are comfortable translating business objectives into compelling briefs and
campaigns that perform.This role blends strategic insight and creative excellence, ensuring
campaigns not only look exceptional but also drive measurable business outcomes.
This position reports into the Executive Creative Director and you will partner with Account, Creative,
and Production leads.
Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Development
- Lead 360° campaign strategy that blends experiential moments, social influence, and
digital performance to create connected brand ecosystems
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partner agencies to build culturally aware
content that amplifies IMT’s live experiences
- Translate audience behavior and performance data into strategic guidance, sharpening
concepts around engagement, conversion, and measurable outcomes
- Shape creative briefs that inspire internal teams and guide external partners, ensuring
work aligns with brand identity while pushing innovative channel integration
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to clients and cross-functional teams,
grounding creative choices in data-driven reasoning and clear KPIs
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years focused on experiential marketing and
a strong understanding of agency ways of working
- Proven strategic background supported by a portfolio spanning Meta, TikTok, Instagram,
X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms* In-house experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams and supporting
creative production from planning to delivery
- Expertise in writing creative briefs and managing external agencies, creators, and
production partners
- Strong organization and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple
projects in busy environments without dropping the narrative thread
- Ability to turn data into sharp KPIs, persuasive insights, and reasons to believe
- Strong understanding of creative effectiveness principles with demonstrated impact on
iROAS
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- BONUS: Experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation and data exploration.
