About the job
The Home Health Clinical Liaison is responsible for generating home health referrals by building relationships with Hospitals, physician groups, skilled nursing facilities, specialty clinics, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources. Utilizes sales acumen and strategic skills to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with high-level executives/influencers in health care facilities, systems, and communities in the area. Supportive of the Friendship Village mission, vision, and values.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Healthcare related degrees preferred).
- Licensed clinician preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Basic level knowledge of Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; and deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, leaders, vendors and other stakeholders.
