Reporting to: Head of Influencer Marketing
Job Overview
The Director of Influencer Marketing will lead strategy and execution across Bloomโs creator ecosystem, managing multiple budgets and business priorities within our portfolio. This role blends agency-caliber rigor with in-house ownership. Reporting into the Head of Influencer Marketing and partnering closely with brand leads, paid media, creative, international teams, and external partners you will deliver best-in-class influencer programs that fuel growth, launches, and cultural relevance while ensuring consistency, scalability, and performance across DTC, retail, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Help shape and execute our influencer marketing strategy across multiple Bloom brands, launches, and evergreen creator programs, aligned to broader business objectives
- Manage and allocate influencer budgets across initiatives, brands, and markets, balancing brand-building and performance goals
- Partner closely with brand marketing, paid media, creative, international, and e-commerce teams to integrate creators across platforms
- Oversee creator sourcing, briefing, contracting, content feedback, and usage rights at scale
- Develop frameworks, playbooks, and operational systems to standardize influencer execution across the portfolio
- Collaborate with our data team to validate performance measurement and reporting, translating creator impact into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders
- Mentor and manage team members, providing strategic guidance, prioritization, and career development
- Stay ahead of creator, platform, and cultural trends to continuously evolve Bloomโs influencer marketing
- Lead agency relationships and external partners, setting clear scopes, KPIs, and performance expectations
Who You Are
- A seasoned team leader; comfortable owning complex, multi-brand programs with overlapping priorities and stakeholders
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence without friction across teams and geographies
- Both strategic and hands-onโable to set vision while ensuring operational excellence
- Data-literate and performance-minded, but equally fluent in creative, culture, and storytelling
- Calm under pressure, organized, and confident navigating a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, ideally with agency experience/multi-brand exposure
- Proven track record managing large budgets and delivering influencer programs tied to measurable business results
- Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Experience integrating influencer content into paid media, affiliate, and performance marketing strategies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across brand, paid, creative, and international teams
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems, processes, and playbooks
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and reporting tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, CreatorCore, GRIN, etc)
- Clear, confident communicator with executive presence and strong written skills
