REPORTS TO: Park City ReStore Manager

STATUS: Regular Full Time Non-exempt; 32-40 / hours per week.

PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION: Quarterly Staff Bonus Program

QUALIFICIATIONS:

Required:

· 3-5 Years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Copy Editor, Graphic Design

· Moderate to Expert in: WordPress, Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, Digital Meeting Platforms

· 2+ Year Retail Experience

Preferred:

· Familiarity with Google AdSense, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) Advertising Platforms, and other digital and terrestrial advertising platforms

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,or related.

· Bi-lingual

Roles:

ReStore Sales Lead (60%)

Primary role is to ensure the overall front-end store operations are performed with excellence; maintain open communication with Restore Manager and store team on essential and critical tasks. Front-End areas may include furniture, home goods, and boutique. Sales Lead will work collaboratively with the back-end management to ensure the store operates efficiently in all areas.

Ensure the following duties are performed per policies and procedures of the ReStore. They may perform these duties or oversee staff/volunteers as they perform the duties.

  • Welcome customers / donors as they enter the ReStore.
  • Opening and closing procedures for the cash register.
  • Accurately ringing up customer transactions on the register, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Issuing receipts; hold tags; sold tags and appliance warranties as needed.
  • Handle all Customer credit card information and sales data / donor information confidentially.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and answering questions.
  • Review ReStore voicemail and e-mail accounts and respond to customers and/or donors as needed.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and cashier work areas.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ask for assistance as needed.

You are responsible for the following duties:

  • Supervising the scheduling and workflow of other associates and front-end volunteers.
  • Utilize volunteers in the Restore to supplement staffing.
  • Recruitment, training, and mentoring of associates and volunteers, handling some elevated issues, and performing assigned lead roles and functions.
  • Support ReStore Manager in maximizing store profits based on budgets.
  • Ensure that all volunteers are actively engaged and have a positive experience.
  • Store opening and closing responsibilities

Restore Marketing Coordinator (40%)

ReStore Social Media & Website

· Maintain ReStore Website including blog content & SEO

· 10 unique posts weekly:

o Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads

o Photos, Reels, Videos, Live-Streams, Articles, Call-To-Action, Surveys, Collabs

· Manage Yelp, Google, & Other Local Business Listings

ReStore Events

· 2 Large Events Yearly

o Seasonal Parties

o Fashion Show

· 6-8 Small Events Yearly

o Craft nights

o Charity projects

o Treasure Hunts

o Private Shopping Sprees

o Influencer Collabs

o Back to School

o Home Improvement nights

o Food Truck Roundups

· Showcase of Homes (product placement)

Online Sales

· Work with the ReStore Manager to plan and implement an online sales program

· May be augmented by ReStore staff members

ReStore Merchandizing, Layout, Displays, Signage, Sales Analysis

· Design & Install: Banners, Signs, and Fliers

· Work with ReStore Manager on store layout & displays

· Work with ReStore Manager on Sales Analysis

· Work with ReStore Manager on Merchandizing Design & Execution

· Responsible for all ReStore Branding

ReStore Marketing

· Write and produce Radio Spots (KPCW & Internal)

· Design Print, Billboard & Digital Marketing

· Design Fliers & Handouts

· Work with Agencies on Marketing & Advertising Plans and execution

· Weekly Meetings with Team updating on plans and results

· Design, Implement, & Manage ReStore Builder Club

· Guest write Habitat Newsletter articles

· Get Local News Coverage/Features

· Work with Procurement team on messaging, form emails, handouts

ReStore Internal Messaging/Documentation, Staff Training, Public Ambassador

· Provide Training on Habitat Cashier Initiatives

· Provide Training on ReStore Talking Points

· ReStore Internal Documentation Designer & Editor

· Work with ReStore Manager as ReStore P.R. representatives, especially at Public Events

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to stand / walk on concrete surface for long periods

· Ability to work in a warehouse setting subject to heat, cold, and dust

· Ability to lift 50 lbs; Carrying 50 lbs; Pushing 50 lbs; Pulling 50 lbs.
