The Orangetheory Fitness https://www.orangetheoryfitness.com team is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its Orange County marketing and operations team.
Our group owns and operates 45 California Orangetheory Fitness Studio franchises.
Experience/Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years practical experience in a marketing role
- Digital savvy; understands and can execute digital marketing tools (email, text, social…)
- Adept in Google Suite applications
- Bachelor's degree
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute regional marketing campaigns
- Work closely with Regional Managers to develop and manage in-studio events and promotions
- Assemble on-going reporting reflecting studio participation (outreach, events, in-studio promotions, etc.)
- Respond to and manage online customer reviews (Yext, GMB, Yelp, etc.)
- Identify and help plan regional and local community outreach and partnerships
- Assist in managing activities for lead generation for studios.
- Help to coordinate and manage sponsors, vendors, clubs, volunteers, etc. at various community and promotional events
- Help to organize company celebrations (parties, anniversaries, retreats, etc.)
- Manage retail product orders and inventory for the region
- Author regional and staff communications (announcements, newsletters, etc.)
- Represent the marketing department and report out on marketing activities in regional meetings
- Travel to studios within the region on a regular basis to offer marketing coaching and assistance
- Help to identify social media influencers within local studio communities
- Work with HQ office to create and present a monthly content calendar that reflects marketing initiatives
- Assist with communicating and collaborating with studio teams on any marketing needs, print materials, etc.
- Assist educating studio teams on execution of various marketing events and promotions.
- Assist with organizational, logistical, and operational matters between regional office and studios.
- Maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and professional demeanor in all matters representing Company and Owners

Salary: $70,500/year
