The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing who can architect and execute the full marketing vision across multiple brands.
You will own strategy and execution — from campaign concept to viral rollout — across social, influencer, partnerships, email, product launches, and brand storytelling.

What You’ll Own
1. Multi-Brand Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across tech, hospitality, and DTC brands
- Prioritize brand positioning and narrative clarity
- Create unified messaging while honoring each brand’s unique voice
- Identify and allocate resources to the highest ROI opportunities
2. Social + Influencer Marketing
- Lead social growth strategy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, emerging platforms)
- Architect viral campaigns and high-impact product launches
- Build influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs
- Develop content flywheel systems that compound reach
3. Campaign & Launch Leadership
- Run end-to-end campaigns (creative direction → execution → analytics)
- Launch new products and brands with measurable traction
- Drive conversion-focused storytelling
4. Growth & Performance
- Own key growth KPIs (engagement, CAC, LTV, revenue growth)
- Test, iterate, and optimize across paid and organic channels
- Use data to guide creative decisions
5. Brand & Community
- Deeply understand our customer (especially women and young moms)
- Build community-driven marketing systems
- Lead messaging that uplifts, empowers, and adds real value
Who You Are
- Proven track record of driving marketing growth (7–8 figure brands preferred)
- Have led or contributed to viral campaigns
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems
- Highly fluent in social media trends and platform dynamics
- Strong operator — can manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Data-informed but creatively driven
- Bias toward speed and action
- Emotionally intelligent — understands brand voice and audience nuance
- Passionate about uplifting women and building mission-driven brands
You likely have:
- Experience in DTC or creator-led brands
- Experience in startup environments
- Experience launching new brands or product lines
- A portfolio of campaigns you’re proud of
