The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help drive strategy and execute marketing initiatives across multiple brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in speed, creativity, and ownership. You’ll work closely with leadership to bring campaigns to life, grow audiences, and drive measurable impact.

What You’ll DoMulti-Brand Campaign Execution

  • Execute marketing strategies across tech, hospitality, and DTC brands
  • Support positioning and messaging clarity for each brand
  • Help prioritize high-impact initiatives

Social & Influencer Marketing

  • Manage day-to-day social strategy and content calendars
  • Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships
  • Assist in planning and executing viral campaigns
  • Monitor platform trends and bring fresh ideas weekly

Product Launch Support

  • Help run product launches end-to-end
  • Coordinate email, social, influencer, and partnership efforts
  • Track performance and optimize in real time

Growth & Analytics

  • Monitor KPIs (engagement, growth, conversions)
  • Pull insights from campaign performance
  • Recommend adjustments to improve ROI

Community & Brand Voice

  • Help maintain strong, consistent storytelling across platforms
  • Ensure content serves and adds value to our audience
  • Engage with and grow community across channels

Who You Are

  • 3–6+ years of marketing experience (startup or DTC preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media and influencer ecosystems
  • Have contributed to growth campaigns (bonus if you've helped run viral campaigns)
  • Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable juggling multiple brands at once
  • Data-aware but creatively driven
  • Passionate about building brands that uplift women
